Apple Air Fryer Bombs (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Apple Pie Bombs Needed

01 - Spray for nonstick use, just enough
02 - Half cup melted unsalted butter
03 - One teaspoon of cinnamon
04 - One cup canned apple pie filling, chop up the apples small
05 - One can (8 pieces) Pillsbury Grand biscuits, original (skip the flaky ones)
06 - Three teaspoons apple pie spice
07 - Three-fourths cup white sugar

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Stir sugar and apple pie spice together in a bowl. Set this aside for later.
02 - Pop open the biscuit can. Tear each biscuit into two. Press those halves flat so you get 16 rounds, each around four inches wide.
03 - Toss chopped apples with cinnamon in a smaller bowl. Make sure it all gets mixed around.
04 - Spoon a bit of apple filling (around a tablespoon) onto the middle of each biscuit round. Bring up the edges, pinch them so they're closed, and gently roll each one into a ball.
05 - Spray your air fryer basket. Lay out the dough balls, don't let them touch, leave about two inches in between. Give the tops a quick mist with cooking spray, too.
06 - Let these cook in the air fryer at 350°F for about 8 or 9 minutes until the outsides look golden and crunchy.
07 - Right after the balls are done, dunk them in melted butter. Quickly roll in your sugar and spice mix so they're coated all over.
08 - Dig in while they're warm, or let them chill to room temp before you eat.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Cut up the apple pieces from the filling super small—makes it much easier to wrap up in each biscuit.
