Toasted Air Fryer Ravioli (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - 12 ounces refrigerated ravioli

→ Breading

02 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
03 - ½ cup parmesan, shredded super fine
04 - ½ cup dry breadcrumbs
05 - 2 big eggs

→ For serving

06 - Half cup marinara sauce

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Mix the parmesan, breadcrumbs, and Italian herbs together in a bowl. Crack the eggs in another and beat them well.
02 - Line up the bowls and a plate. Take each ravioli, start by dunking it in whipped eggs, then toss it into the cheesy breadcrumbs till it's totally covered.
03 - Pop those breaded ravioli on a plate and give both sides a light hit with some cooking spray.
04 - Fire up your air fryer to 380°F and let it heat for about 5 minutes.
05 - Carefully place the coated ravioli in one layer in the air fryer basket. Cook 6 or 7 minutes. You might need to flip them for all-around crispiness.
06 - Move the golden ravioli to a plate, then dunk or serve them with some hot marinara—or use whatever dipping sauce you like.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Toss any leftovers in a sealed container in your fridge and they’ll be fine for about 4 days.
02 - If they’re cold, heat them back up in the air fryer at 380°F until hot again.
03 - Want to plan ahead? Freeze breaded ravioli on a tray, then stash them in a zip bag for up to three months. No need to thaw—just air fry at 380°F for about 7 or 8 minutes.
