                Mix the parmesan, breadcrumbs, and Italian herbs together in a bowl. Crack the eggs in another and beat them well.

                Line up the bowls and a plate. Take each ravioli, start by dunking it in whipped eggs, then toss it into the cheesy breadcrumbs till it's totally covered.

                Pop those breaded ravioli on a plate and give both sides a light hit with some cooking spray.

                Fire up your air fryer to 380°F and let it heat for about 5 minutes.

                Carefully place the coated ravioli in one layer in the air fryer basket. Cook 6 or 7 minutes. You might need to flip them for all-around crispiness.
