Turn the oven on to 350°F (175°C). Lightly oil a 9×13-inch pan and keep it ready.

In a bowl, gently stir together ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Make 4 to 6 oval-shaped patties with the mix.

Warm a skillet on medium heat. Brown the patties for 2-3 minutes each side but don’t cook all the way. Move them to the pan you prepped.

Whisk the mushroom soup, milk, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Pour it over the patties. Spread onions and mushrooms evenly on top.

Cover the pan with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes. Take off the foil and bake 10 minutes more until bubbly and patties are done.

Add fresh parsley on top if you want. Serve hot with mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
