# What You'll Need:

→ Burger Patties

01 - 1 tsp onion powder
02 - 1 large egg
03 - Salt as needed
04 - 1.5 lbs ground beef
05 - 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder
07 - Black pepper to taste

→ Gravy

08 - 1 cup sliced mushrooms (you can skip these)
09 - 0.5 cup milk
10 - 1 small onion, thinly cut
11 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
12 - 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup

→ Garnish

13 - Chopped fresh parsley, if you like

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 350°F (175°C). Lightly oil a 9×13-inch pan and keep it ready.
02 - In a bowl, gently stir together ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Make 4 to 6 oval-shaped patties with the mix.
03 - Warm a skillet on medium heat. Brown the patties for 2-3 minutes each side but don’t cook all the way. Move them to the pan you prepped.
04 - Whisk the mushroom soup, milk, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Pour it over the patties. Spread onions and mushrooms evenly on top.
05 - Cover the pan with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes. Take off the foil and bake 10 minutes more until bubbly and patties are done.
06 - Add fresh parsley on top if you want. Serve hot with mashed potatoes or egg noodles.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Replace breadcrumbs with almond flour if you want fewer carbs. You can swap mushroom soup for cream of chicken soup too.
