Let it cool down all the way on a wire rack. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top, then slice and enjoy.

Once your batter’s poured into the greased pie dish, smooth it out a bit. Put it in the middle of your oven and bake about 45 to 50 minutes or until set and golden.

Pour the liquid mix slowly into the dry stuff while stirring softly. Keep going until it looks like an even batter.

Whisk eggs, milk, lemon juice, melted butter, and vanilla together in another bowl till there aren’t any lumps left.

Dump baking powder, sugar, and flour into your mixing bowl. Mix them up with a whisk so it’s all spread around.

Set the oven to 175°C to preheat. Grease up a 23 cm pie dish just a little.
