04 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
05 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
06 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 284 ml diced tomatoes with green chilies (drained well)
10 - 225 g processed cheese, cubed
11 - 120 g shredded cheddar (sharp is best)
12 - 120 ml heavy cream
13 - 60 ml milk (only if you need to thin it out)

→ Optional Garnishes

14 - Chopped green onions
15 - Diced pickles
16 - Sesame seeds

→ For Serving

17 - Crackers
18 - Veggie sticks
19 - Tortilla chips

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - On medium heat in a big pan, fry up the chopped bacon until it’s crisp. Scoop it out with a slotted spoon and set it on paper towels to drain. Save about a tablespoon of the bacon grease in the skillet, toss the rest.
02 - Throw the ground beef into the skillet with the leftover grease. Break it down into smaller bits as it cooks until browned. Toss in the onion and garlic. Let it cook 2-3 minutes until the onion softens. Sprinkle in Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Give it another minute, then drain any extra grease if there’s too much.
03 - Lower the heat and stir in the diced tomatoes and heavy cream. Add the processed cheese cubes and cheddar. Stir non-stop until all the cheese melts and it’s smooth. If it’s too thick, splash in the milk little by little until it looks right to you.
04 - Stir in half of the crispy bacon. Pour the cheesy mix into a bowl or keep it in the pan if it’s easier. Top it with the rest of the bacon, green onions, pickles, or sesame seeds—whatever feels right.
05 - Serve it warm with things to dip like chips, crackers, or fresh veggie sticks. Dig in and enjoy every gooey bite!

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Planning ahead? Make the dip up to 2 days early and store it in the fridge. Warm it back up on the stove or in a slow cooker, tossing in a splash of milk if it’s gotten thick.
02 - Want to tweak it? Add jalapeños to kick up the heat or stir in sour cream for a creamier texture.
03 - Vegetarian folks, no worries! Use plant-based options for the beef and bacon.
