01 -
On medium heat in a big pan, fry up the chopped bacon until it’s crisp. Scoop it out with a slotted spoon and set it on paper towels to drain. Save about a tablespoon of the bacon grease in the skillet, toss the rest.
02 -
Throw the ground beef into the skillet with the leftover grease. Break it down into smaller bits as it cooks until browned. Toss in the onion and garlic. Let it cook 2-3 minutes until the onion softens. Sprinkle in Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Give it another minute, then drain any extra grease if there’s too much.
03 -
Lower the heat and stir in the diced tomatoes and heavy cream. Add the processed cheese cubes and cheddar. Stir non-stop until all the cheese melts and it’s smooth. If it’s too thick, splash in the milk little by little until it looks right to you.
04 -
Stir in half of the crispy bacon. Pour the cheesy mix into a bowl or keep it in the pan if it’s easier. Top it with the rest of the bacon, green onions, pickles, or sesame seeds—whatever feels right.
05 -
Serve it warm with things to dip like chips, crackers, or fresh veggie sticks. Dig in and enjoy every gooey bite!
