Turn the oven to 450°F (232°C) so it’s hot and ready.

Grab a big bowl and stir together chicken, bacon bits (93 g), Alfredo sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Slice each muffin right through the middle and lay them out cut side up on your baking tray.

Spread the chicken mix on top of each muffin half evenly.

Top with shredded mozzarella, leftover bacon bits, and sprinkle the dried chives on top.

Pop the tray in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes till the cheese is melted and getting golden.

Take them out and enjoy while they’re warm.
