Grab a small bowl and beat the eggs with some salt and pepper. Put it aside for now.

Warm up your pan with some butter or a quick hit of cooking spray. Use medium-low heat. Pour in your egg mix and let it spread out. Cook until the sides look firm but the middle's still a bit runny.

Toss half your bacon bits and cheese across the egg surface. Put your tortilla on top and press down gently so everything sticks together.

Turn everything over so the tortilla sits on the pan bottom. Scatter the rest of your bacon and cheese on the egg side. Fold your tortilla in half, then brown both sides until the cheese gets all melty. Take it off the heat.

Cut your creation into wedges with a pizza cutter. Eat it while it's hot!
