Go ahead and divide your fruity drink mix between six glasses. Tip in roughly 28 millilitres (that’s about 1 ounce) of grenadine by letting it run down the side of each glass. If you want, stick a maraschino cherry and a slice of pineapple on top before handing them out.

Drop the ice cubes into your blender and whiz it all up once more. Keep going until the ice breaks down and everything looks nice and slushy.

Toss the orange and pineapple juice concentrates into your blender pitcher, add in coconut water with coconut extract. Hit blend and let everything get totally mixed and smooth.
