Parmesan Corn Bake (Print-Friendly Version)

Cheesy corn baked until bubbling and golden, creamy and great for family meals or get-togethers.

# Ingredients List:

→ Canned Goods

01 - 480 g drained sweet whole kernel corn

→ Condiments and Seasonings

02 - 8 g white sugar
03 - 120 ml mayo
04 - 0.5 g garlic salt
05 - 0.5 g black pepper, ground

→ Cheese

06 - 30 g Parmesan shredded
07 - 5 g Parmesan finely grated

→ Garnish

08 - Sprinkle parsley flakes on top

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Turn the oven on to 198°C and let it warm up.
02 - Grab a big bowl and mix the corn, mayo, black pepper, garlic salt, sugar, grated Parmesan, and half the shredded Parmesan until it's all blended well.
03 - Put the mix into a baking dish and spread the rest of the shredded Parmesan evenly on top.
04 - Pop it in the heated oven for about 20 to 30 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles.
05 - Take it out of the oven and serve right away, adding more shredded Parmesan and parsley flakes if you like.
