Turn the oven on to 198°C and let it warm up.

Grab a big bowl and mix the corn, mayo, black pepper, garlic salt, sugar, grated Parmesan, and half the shredded Parmesan until it's all blended well.

Put the mix into a baking dish and spread the rest of the shredded Parmesan evenly on top.

Pop it in the heated oven for about 20 to 30 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles.

Take it out of the oven and serve right away, adding more shredded Parmesan and parsley flakes if you like.
