                Plop your soft herby cheese right in the middle of a big plate. Nudge it around into a little circle, but don’t cover the whole platter. Let some of the dish show.

                Toss those tomato pieces across the cheese mound, then follow up with a blast of fresh basil on top. That’s where all the color and good smells come from.
