Blue Raspberry Lemonade (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main

01 - Blue food coloring (if you want)
02 - ¾ cup fresh lemon juice (6 to 8 lemons)
03 - ½ cup blue raspberry syrup
04 - 5 cups water, split up
05 - 1 cup regular sugar

→ Garnish

06 - Lemon wheels
07 - Handful of raspberries

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Pour your drink over ice, then pop in a few raspberries and lemon wheels before handing it over.
02 - Slide the big pitcher into your fridge and leave it for around 30 minutes to cool off.
03 - Give it a sip, and if you think it needs to be sweeter or more tart, just add a little more sugar or splash of water till it’s right for you.
04 - Drop in a little blue food coloring at a time, mixing gently, until you love the color. Stop when you hit that perfect blue shade.
05 - Pour the lemon juice, that chilled syrup, blue raspberry syrup, and your leftover 4 cups of water together in a big pitcher. Mix it up real good so it all comes together.
06 - Toss the sugar and 1 cup of water in a small pan. Put it on medium and stir till the sugar’s all melted. Take it off the stove and let it cool down completely before using.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - If you want fizz, swap in sparkling water instead of still.
02 - You can use monk fruit or stevia if you want it with less sugar.
03 - Anything left? Keep it in a covered pitcher in the fridge. It'll stay fine up to a week.
04 - For a boozy spin, splash in some rum or gin to taste.
