Blue Raspberry Lemonade (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Blue Raspberry Lemonade

01 - 120 ml blue raspberry syrup
02 - Fresh raspberries to top things off
03 - Lemon slices for a fun finish
04 - Blue food coloring if you're in the mood
05 - 1.2 litres water, split
06 - 200 g granulated sugar
07 - 180 ml lemon juice (about 6 to 8 lemons)

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Put ice in your glasses, pour the drink over it, and toss on fresh raspberries plus some lemon slices if you want to get fancy.
02 - Stick the pitcher in the fridge, cover it, and leave it for at least 30 minutes. You want it as chilled as possible.
03 - Take a sip. If you think it needs more water or sugar, add it now until you like how it tastes.
04 - If you're aiming for that bright blue pop, mix in a drop or two of blue dye until the shade makes you happy.
05 - Grab your largest pitcher, dump in the lemon juice, the blue raspberry syrup, the cooled syrup, and the rest of the cold water. Give it a really good mix.
06 - Toss the sugar and 240 ml of water into a small pot. Use medium heat and keep stirring until it’s all dissolved. Pull it off the stove to let it cool down.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Want bubbles? Swap in sparkling water instead of regular.
02 - Cut the sugar by using stevia or monk fruit sweetener if that's your thing.
03 - Pop leftovers into a closed pitcher and chill in the fridge; it'll stay good for up to 7 days.
