Blueberry Quesadilla (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - One big flour tortilla

→ Filling

02 - 2 to 3 tablespoons soft cream cheese
03 - A handful of fresh blueberries (around 1/4 cup)
04 - A teaspoon of honey or maple syrup if you like
05 - A small pinch of cinnamon, optional

→ Cooking

06 - Butter or cooking spray for the pan

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Stir together the cream cheese with honey or maple syrup and cinnamon if using in a small bowl until creamy. Or just sprinkle cinnamon on the tortilla if you want it quicker.
02 - Spread the cream cheese blend over half the tortilla, leaving a small border near the edge. Scatter the blueberries on top. Fold the tortilla over and press it down gently.
03 - Warm a pan on medium-low and add some butter or spray. Cook the folded tortilla for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy, pressing lightly with a spatula.
04 - Take it off the pan and let it cool for a bit. Cut into slices and add extra honey or some Greek yogurt if you want.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Sprinkling cinnamon right on the tortilla saves time compared to mixing it in the cream cheese.
