02 - 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
03 - 281 grams all-purpose flour
04 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

→ Sugars & Fats

05 - 57 grams cream cheese at room temp
06 - 57 grams melted unsalted butter
07 - 300 grams white sugar

→ Liquids & Flavors

08 - 1 large egg
09 - 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
10 - 60 milliliters bourbon

→ Extras

11 - 60 grams chopped pecans
12 - 227 grams toffee bits

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Line your baking pans with parchment. Set oven to 175°C (350°F) and heat up.
02 - Whisk flour, baking powder, soda, and salt in a small bowl until well mixed.
03 - In a big bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until super smooth, about 2 minutes.
04 - Pour in melted butter, bourbon, egg, and vanilla to the creamy mix. Stir well until smooth, scraping down the sides when needed.
05 - Slowly mix the dry stuff into the wet batter just enough to blend. Scrape the bowl's edges and fold in toffee and pecans. Cover and pop it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
06 - Scoop dough with a medium cookie scooper or spoon (about 2 tablespoons). Place on sheets about 5 cm apart.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until edges barely start to brown. Let them sit on the sheet for a minute or two, then move to a wire rack to cool off completely.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Chilling the dough stops cookies from getting too flat. Try swapping different nuts or toffee for new flavors.
