Cheesy Morning Bombs (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 can (8-count) Regular Buttermilk Biscuits, avoid flaky variety
02 - 1½ cups (169.5 g) shredded mild cheddar cheese, split in portions
03 - 1 cup eggs scrambled how you like them, divided
04 - 8 already cooked sausage links, diced (roughly 1 cup), split up
05 - ¼ cup (½ stick / 57 g) melted unsalted butter
06 - 1 teaspoon sea salt
07 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Turn your oven to 375°F. Give a 12-inch oven-safe skillet a good spray with nonstick spray. Put it aside for now. Making your scrambled eggs at this point works well if you haven't done it yet.
02 - Open the biscuit can and lay them out on a clean counter. Grab a rolling pin and roll each biscuit until they're about ⅛-inch thin.
03 - Put some cheese on each flat biscuit but leave space around the edges. Then add some eggs and chopped sausage on top of the cheese layer.
04 - Pull up the sides of each biscuit with your fingers and pinch the edges so they stick together. Put each stuffed ball seam-side down in your greased skillet. Do this with all the biscuits.
05 - Mix the melted butter and salt in a small bowl. Brush half of this butter mix over the tops of your stuffed balls.
06 - Let them bake for 20-23 minutes until they turn nice and golden.
07 - Right after taking them out, brush on the rest of your butter mix, sprinkle with parsley, and they're ready to eat.
