Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly oil a 9 by 13 inch pan so the food won’t stick.

Put the cubed ham and pineapple chunks in your pan and spread them out nice and even.

Mix brown sugar, Dijon, soy sauce, the saved pineapple juice, and cloves if you’re using them. Stir until smooth.

Drizzle the glaze over the ham and pineapple. Toss it around gently so all the pieces get coated.

Leave it in the oven without a lid for about 30 to 35 minutes until the top is sticky and bubbly.

Serve this warm on rice or with some roasted veggies you like.
