Pineapple Ham Glaze (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Glaze

01 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
02 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (if you like)
03 - 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
04 - 1/4 cup pineapple juice saved from the can
05 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
06 - Salt and pepper as you like

→ Main Items

07 - 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks drained, keep the juice
08 - 2 pounds cooked ham, cut into cubes

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Set the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly oil a 9 by 13 inch pan so the food won’t stick.
02 - Put the cubed ham and pineapple chunks in your pan and spread them out nice and even.
03 - Mix brown sugar, Dijon, soy sauce, the saved pineapple juice, and cloves if you’re using them. Stir until smooth.
04 - Drizzle the glaze over the ham and pineapple. Toss it around gently so all the pieces get coated.
05 - Leave it in the oven without a lid for about 30 to 35 minutes until the top is sticky and bubbly.
06 - Serve this warm on rice or with some roasted veggies you like.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Keep that pineapple juice from the can. It really makes the glaze taste better and keeps things juicy.
