07 - Ganache or melted chocolate

→ Chocolate Ganache

08 - One cup of semisweet or dark chocolate chips
09 - Half a cup of heavy cream

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Drip ganache or melted chocolate around the glass rim with a spoon. Let it run down the sides for a cool effect. Add some inside the glass. Chill the glasses in the freezer while you make the drink.
02 - Toss ice cream, brownie chunks, and milk into a blender and mix until smooth. Want more chunks? Toss in some extra brownie bites.
03 - Fill your chilled glasses with the milkshake. Top with whipped cream, melted chocolate or ganache, and leftover brownie pieces. Enjoy immediately.
04 - In a small pan, heat up cream until it just starts bubbling, but don't let it fully boil. Pour over chocolate chips in a container and cover it up. Wait about 5 minutes, then mix until silky.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Letting the ice cream soften a bit helps it blend better.
