Cut the chicken breasts into thin, long pieces. Mix together olive oil, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and a small amount of salt in a small dish. Let the chicken soak in this mix for at least 10 minutes, or up to 24 hours if you've got the time.

Heat a big non-stick pan on medium-high. Toss in the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until it's not pink inside anymore.

Lay your tortillas on a plate and evenly spread a bit of blue cheese or ranch dressing over each one.

Stack up chopped lettuce, grated carrot, avocado slices, and shredded cheddar cheese on each tortilla. Put a few strips of cooked chicken in the middle.

Roll up the tortillas burrito-style. Serve them right away with some extra dressing or hot sauce on the side if you'd like. Dig in!
