Crunchy Nacho Bundt Ring (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 12 ounces tortilla chips (use about ⅔ of a standard Tostitos bag)
02 - ½ teaspoon salt
03 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
04 - ½ cup chopped yellow onion
05 - 8 ounces shredded Colby jack cheese
06 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
07 - ¼ cup water
08 - ½ pound lean ground beef

→ Optional Garnish

09 - Fresh cilantro, chopped
10 - Tomatoes, diced
11 - Sour cream

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Set the oven to 450°F to get it ready. Lightly coat a Bundt pan (12-cup size) with spray to stop sticking, and keep it aside.
02 - Toss the ground beef, chopped onion, salt, and pepper into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook around 6–7 minutes until no pink remains. Then, drain off any extra grease.
03 - Lower the heat to medium and mix in taco seasoning and water. Stir everything together until the beef is covered evenly and cook for another 2–3 minutes, or until most of the liquid is gone. Take it off the burner.
04 - Put half of the shredded cheese into the bottom of the Bundt pan. Then add half the seasoned ground beef, followed by ⅓ of the tortilla chips, making sure not to press them down.
05 - Repeat the layers with the rest of the cheese, the remaining beef mix, and another ⅓ of the chips. Spread things out evenly, but don’t overfill the pan.
06 - Slide the Bundt pan into your preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
07 - Take the hot Bundt pan out of the oven. With a heat-safe plate placed upside down over it, carefully flip the pan so the nachos release onto the plate. If some cheese sticks inside, just place the pan back on top to scoop it out.
08 - You can serve it plain or pile on chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream if you'd like.
