                Toss in the dried or fresh flowers—or toss in a teabag—into boiling water. Let it steep for about five to seven minutes. Strain out the blossoms (or just grab the bag) and wait for it to reach room temp before you move on.

                If you’re all about sweetness, mix in the honey or sweetener when the tea's still hot. Stir it well so everything melts right in.

                Pour your milk into any jar with a lid and shake hard, use your milk frother, or blitz it fast in the blender so it turns nice and foamy.

                Fill up your glass with ice. Add the butterfly pea tea next. Gently pour frothed milk on top so the colors make layers.

                For an awesome color shift, pour in a little lemon juice at the end. Watch the blue change to purple! Sprinkle extra flowers on top if you wanna make it pop.
