# Detailed Cooking Steps:

- Let it cool for 5 minutes after baking. Serve while it's warm.
- Spoon biscuit dough evenly onto the seafood in the baking dish.
- Put it in a 200°C oven. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until biscuits turn golden brown.
- Mix in cheddar cheese, then pour in buttermilk. Stir gently until the batter is soft but not overworked.
- Toss cold butter cubes into the flour mix. Work until it looks like coarse crumbs with some pea-sized pieces.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and dried parsley well in a bowl.
- Spread the seafood filling out evenly in a baking dish.
- Mix seafood, frozen peas, and parsley in. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until seafood is tender and just done.
- Pour broth and cream slowly while stirring. Add Old Bay, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Let it simmer gently.
- Heat butter in a large pan over medium. Toss in onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook about 5 minutes till veggies soften.
- Add flour to the veggies and stir well so it's all combined.
