Grab your skillet and toss in the ground beef over medium. Break it up as it sizzles so it cooks evenly. Once it's all nicely brown, drain off any fat you see.

Dust the beef with your flour, give it a good mix. Gently pour in the milk while stirring so the sauce stays lump-free and smooth.

Now mix in the Worcestershire, ketchup, salt, and black pepper. Let it cook a couple minutes, stirring, till the sauce thickens up a bit.

Toss in the leftover pasta, that crumbled beef bacon, and cheddar cheese. Stir it all together so the cheese melts and coats the noodles.

Spoon onto plates while it’s hot. Sprinkle on more cheese or bacon if you’re into that extra flavor.
