BBQ Chicken Cheddar (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Assembly

01 - 6 flour tortillas, about 8 inches each
02 - 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

→ Filling

03 - 2 cups chicken, cooked and pulled apart
04 - 1 and a half cups barbecue sauce

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Combine the chicken with your barbecue sauce in a big bowl until it’s all mixed up.
02 - Pop a tortilla onto a dry pan over medium-low. Let it get flexible.
03 - Start with some cheese on half the tortilla, spoon the saucy chicken on top, and sprinkle more cheese for a melty middle.
04 - Fold the tortilla over all the fillings. Cook it for a minute or two per side until both outsides are crispy and the inside cheese goes gooey. Do that with the rest.
05 - Slice your quesadillas into wedges and dig in while they’re nice and hot.
