                Combine the chicken with your barbecue sauce in a big bowl until it’s all mixed up.

                Pop a tortilla onto a dry pan over medium-low. Let it get flexible.

                Start with some cheese on half the tortilla, spoon the saucy chicken on top, and sprinkle more cheese for a melty middle.

                Fold the tortilla over all the fillings. Cook it for a minute or two per side until both outsides are crispy and the inside cheese goes gooey. Do that with the rest.

                Slice your quesadillas into wedges and dig in while they’re nice and hot.
