Set your oven to 190°C. Line a tray with parchment paper so things don’t stick and cleanup’s easy.

On a surface dusted lightly with flour, roll out your chilled dough. Slice it into rectangles about 7.5 by 12.5 cm — perfect size for rolling.

Spread about 15 ml of sauce on every rectangle but leave space around edges so it doesn’t leak. Then put mozzarella, pepperoni, and sausage on top without piling it too high for easy rolling.

Roll each rectangle up from a short side into a tight log. Press edges and seams firmly so nothing falls out.

In a shallow bowl, stir together crushed Doritos, melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until it’s well blended for a tasty crust.

Press each roll into the Doritos mix so it sticks well. Place them seam-side down on your lined tray.

Pop the rolls in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until they’re crisp and golden with gooey cheese inside.

Let the rolls cool off for a couple minutes so you don’t burn yourself. Serve warm with extra sauce if you like.
