Garlic Cheese Rolls (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Wraps

01 - 8 slices of white or whole wheat bread with crusts cut off
02 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
03 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
04 - Optional 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan

→ Garlic Butter Mix

05 - 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
09 - A pinch of salt, about 1/4 teaspoon

→ Sauce Ideas

10 - Ranch dressing
11 - Spicy ketchup
12 - Marinara sauce
13 - Garlic herb sauce

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 375°F. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
02 - Press each bread slice flat with a rolling pin till it's thin and smooth. This keeps your rollups sealed and crispy.
03 - Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar evenly over the bottom third of each slice. Roll them tightly up from the cheese side and if you want, seal with a bit of melted butter.
04 - Stir melted butter with minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and salt in a small bowl. Blend well so the butter gets tasty.
05 - Put each rollup on the baking sheet seam down. Brush on the garlic butter in a generous amount. Bake for 12 to 15 mins till golden and crunchy. You could also air fry at 360°F for 8 to 10 mins, flipping halfway through.
06 - Give them a minute to cool off. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Pressing the bread thin keeps the rollups from opening and helps them get nice and crispy.
