Toss the chicken into a bowl with cream cheese, cheddar, garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and parsley if you'd like. Stir everything together until smooth and combined.

On a clean counter, set down a tortilla. Add a generous scoop of the filling to the middle, spreading it a little but leaving space at the edges. Fold the edges inward, then roll tightly to close it.

Warm up a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a bit of butter or olive oil. Place the wrap with the seam down in the pan, and cook for a couple of minutes until golden brown. Flip it to brown the other side for 2 more minutes.

Take the wraps off the heat and cut them in half on a board. Serve right away with your favorite dip or a side salad if you like.
