Garlic Chicken Cheese Wrap (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Filling Components

01 - 2 cups of shredded or diced cooked chicken
02 - 60 grams of softened cream cheese
03 - 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
04 - 60 grams cheddar cheese, grated
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley (optional)
07 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

→ Tortillas and Cooking

08 - 4 large tortillas
09 - 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil for frying

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Toss the chicken into a bowl with cream cheese, cheddar, garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and parsley if you'd like. Stir everything together until smooth and combined.
02 - On a clean counter, set down a tortilla. Add a generous scoop of the filling to the middle, spreading it a little but leaving space at the edges. Fold the edges inward, then roll tightly to close it.
03 - Warm up a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a bit of butter or olive oil. Place the wrap with the seam down in the pan, and cook for a couple of minutes until golden brown. Flip it to brown the other side for 2 more minutes.
04 - Take the wraps off the heat and cut them in half on a board. Serve right away with your favorite dip or a side salad if you like.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Use fresh parsley for the best taste and look. Rolling the wrap tightly keeps everything inside while cooking.
