Preheat your oven to 350°F or 175°C.

Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Keep breaking it up till it’s all brown with no pink left. Drain off any fat.

In a big bowl, mix together the cooked beef, rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Evenly spread the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese all over the top.

Put it in the oven for about 25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Let it sit a few minutes so it sets before serving.
