# Step-by-Step Directions:

02 - Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Keep breaking it up till it’s all brown with no pink left. Drain off any fat.
03 - In a big bowl, mix together the cooked beef, rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
04 - Evenly spread the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
05 - Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese all over the top.
