Put some parchment on a baking sheet first. Crank your oven to 375°F or get the air fryer up to 350°F.

Combine the Italian spice, garlic powder, and melted butter in a small dish. Hang onto it to brush over the dough later.

Pop open the dough can, pull the biscuits apart, and use your hands to press each one into a flat circle.

Pop some mozzarella and a few mini slices of pepperoni right in the middle of every dough circle.

Grab the edges, squeeze them together real tight so nothing falls out, then roll the filled dough into balls.

Set those filled dough balls seam-side down on your tray. Brush the tops with your garlic butter blend. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes, or toss in the air fryer for roughly 8 minutes until nice and golden.

Give them a minute to cool off, then serve them up. Feel free to dip into ranch or marinara if that’s your thing.
