Pepperoni Pizza Bombs (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

01 - 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
02 - 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 2 tablespoons melted butter

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Put some parchment on a baking sheet first. Crank your oven to 375°F or get the air fryer up to 350°F.
02 - Combine the Italian spice, garlic powder, and melted butter in a small dish. Hang onto it to brush over the dough later.
03 - Pop open the dough can, pull the biscuits apart, and use your hands to press each one into a flat circle.
04 - Pop some mozzarella and a few mini slices of pepperoni right in the middle of every dough circle.
05 - Grab the edges, squeeze them together real tight so nothing falls out, then roll the filled dough into balls.
06 - Set those filled dough balls seam-side down on your tray. Brush the tops with your garlic butter blend. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes, or toss in the air fryer for roughly 8 minutes until nice and golden.
07 - Give them a minute to cool off, then serve them up. Feel free to dip into ranch or marinara if that’s your thing.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Really pinch the dough ends together so you don't have cheese or sauce oozing out.
