                Let 'em sit a couple minutes, then dig in. Grab some ranch or warmed up pasta sauce for dunking if you want.

                Slide the baking sheet in and bake for 10 to 13 minutes. You want them golden and the cheese really melty inside.

                Brush a bit of olive oil over the tops if you feel fancy. Toss on dried oregano and a pinch more cheese if it sounds good.

                Flip one corner of each square over to the opposite corner so you get a triangle. Squeeze the edges together with a fork so nothing leaks out.

                Spoon some sauce on half of every dough square. Add mozzarella next, then drop on a couple pepperoni slices.

                Roll out your dough right on the parchment-covered baking tray or a floured countertop. Cut it up into six same-sized squares.

                Crank the oven up to 425°F (220°C). Lay some parchment on a tray to make cleanup quick.
