→ Topping

23 - 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped up
24 - 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Toss soft butter, minced garlic, and parsley into a bowl. Blend ‘em together, then let that sit for now.
02 - Rub chicken with oil. Sprinkle on garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and however much pepper you want.
03 - Heat a pan with oil on medium. Sear the chicken until it's golden outside and reaches about 145–150°F inside. Give it a break to rest, then chop it into small pieces or strips. Leave it aside.
04 - In that same pan, add oil and melt the butter on medium. Toss in garlic until you can smell it. Pour in cream along with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and bouillon powder. Stir while slowly adding parmesan. Keep it on until it thickens up. Taste and change up the seasoning if you need.
05 - Set oven to 350°F. Slather your bread halves with garlic butter. Bake them on a tray for about 7 minutes so they get a bit crispy.
06 - Pour Alfredo sauce on each crispy bread half. Sprinkle on mozzarella, add the chopped chicken, and drizzle on a little more sauce.
07 - Pop everything back in for 10–15 minutes till the cheese is gooey and starts bubbling. Throw some parsley on top, cut it up, and dunk slices into more Alfredo if you want.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Your chicken will turn out juicier if you let it hang out and rest before slicing.
