Chicken Bacon Ranch Foil (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
02 - 4 slices cooked beef bacon
03 - 450 g boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped into small chunks
04 - 100 g cheddar cheese, shredded
05 - 4 cups (roughly 300 g) broccoli crowns, broken into pieces
06 - 1 pack Ranch seasoning mix (about 28 g)

→ Other

07 - Four pieces of aluminum foil, each about 38 cm long

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Put the foil packets on a baking tray with the seams facing up. Bake for twenty-five to thirty minutes, until the chicken's cooked all the way through and the cheese is bubbly.
02 - Wrap the foil over the fillings, close it up tight, then fold the ends in so everything is covered.
03 - Throw 25 g of shredded cheddar on top of each, then crumble one bacon slice over the pack.
04 - Arrange your seasoned chicken bits right over the broccoli on each foil piece.
05 - Put a cup of broccoli in the middle of every foil square. If you want, sprinkle the extra Ranch seasoning on top.
06 - Spread out all four foil sheets onto your kitchen counter or table.
07 - Drop your chicken into a bowl with olive oil and half of the Ranch powder. Mix it up so everything's got some flavor.
08 - Heat up your oven to 180°C.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Letting the chicken soak up the seasoning for twenty minutes before layering everything makes it taste even better.
