# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Grab a bowl and mix together avocado, onion, lime juice, garlic powder, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Smash it with a fork until you like the texture. Taste and tweak the flavors.
02 - Put ground chicken, spices, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Use your hands to mix gently till just combined. Cut into four pieces and form into patties. Keep them on parchment paper so they don't stick.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large pan on medium-high. Toss in bell pepper, onion, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until soft, about 6 to 8 minutes. Take them out and set aside.
04 - Turn heat down to medium. Add more olive oil if you need. Put patties in the pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on one side. Flip them over and add a slice of Monterey Jack on top. Keep cooking until the inside hits 74°C (165°F) and the cheese melts.
05 - Place patties on toasted buns. Layer on the cooked peppers and onions, then spoon on some guac. Eat right away.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Add a bit of cayenne pepper to the chicken if you want it spicier.
02 - Using store-bought guac can save a bunch of time.
03 - Try extra toppings like tomato, lettuce, or salsa to mix things up.
