Set oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 dish lightly.

Rub chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat until both sides are golden, about 2-3 minutes each.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.

Spread spinach over the bottom of the dish. Add the seared chicken on top. Spread the cream cheese mix over the chicken evenly.

Cover the dish with shredded mozzarella. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese bubbles and the chicken is cooked through.
