# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Set oven to 175°C and cover your baking tray with parchment.
02 - Gently melt unsalted butter over medium heat until it's golden and smells nutty. Let it cool a bit.
03 - Stir browned butter into both brown and white sugars in a big bowl until smooth.
04 - Put in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
05 - In another bowl, combine plain flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
06 - Add dry mix bit by bit to wet mix and fold until just combined. Don’t over stir.
07 - Drop spoonfuls of dough on the tray, leaving about 5 cm between each.
08 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are nicely golden but centers still soft.
09 - Leave cookies on the tray 5 minutes, then move them to a cooling rack until fully cooled.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Browning butter gives it a deep, nutty flavor. Let it cool so it won’t cook the eggs when mixed with sugar.
02 - For chewier cookies, take them out just before the edges are set.
