Cinnamon Roll Toast Bites (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Stuff

01 - 30 g butter
02 - 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 60 ml milk
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1 can of pre-made cinnamon rolls, save the icing

→ Extra Touches

07 - Maple syrup or the saved icing for topping
08 - A sprinkle of powdered sugar to finish

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Pile the toasty bites onto a plate. Pour over maple syrup or the icing you set aside, then give them a snowy shower of powdered sugar if you're into that.
02 - Drop butter in a pan and let it melt over medium. Spread out all those coated roll pieces so there's space between them. Flip after a couple of minutes until both sides turn golden and look cooked through.
03 - Toss each cinnamon chunk into the eggy bowl and roll it around so everything is covered well.
04 - Grab a bowl and crack in the eggs. Pour in your milk, toss in vanilla, and tip in that cinnamon. Whisk it all up until no streaks remain.
05 - Pop open your tube of cinnamon rolls and keep the icing somewhere safe. Chop every roll into four little pieces.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - You can swap in almond milk and vegan butter if dairy's not your thing. If you're working in rounds, keep the finished bites hanging out in a warm oven so they don't cool off.
