                Pile the toasty bites onto a plate. Pour over maple syrup or the icing you set aside, then give them a snowy shower of powdered sugar if you're into that.

                Drop butter in a pan and let it melt over medium. Spread out all those coated roll pieces so there's space between them. Flip after a couple of minutes until both sides turn golden and look cooked through.

                Toss each cinnamon chunk into the eggy bowl and roll it around so everything is covered well.

                Grab a bowl and crack in the eggs. Pour in your milk, toss in vanilla, and tip in that cinnamon. Whisk it all up until no streaks remain.

                Pop open your tube of cinnamon rolls and keep the icing somewhere safe. Chop every roll into four little pieces.
