Pineapple Coconut Smoothie (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 240 ml coconut milk from a carton or can, pick your favorite
02 - 160 g pineapple, frozen and crushed is awesome, but cut up fresh works too
03 - Two spoons of whatever sweetener you use, or toss in half a frozen banana

→ Optional Additions

04 - Scoop of vanilla ice cream, if you like it creamy
05 - Scoop of protein powder if you want to boost it

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Stick your pineapple pieces in the freezer for a couple hours if you want a super chill and thick smoothie.
02 - Dump in coconut milk, pineapple, sweetener or banana, plus anything extra, and blend until it’s ultra thick and smooth.
03 - As soon as you’re done blending, pour into your cup, throw on the toppings you’re feeling, and drink it right away.
