                Beat the butter and sugar together till it's all creamy and smooth. Add peanut butter and vanilla, giving it another mix till it gets fluffy.

                Mix in the flour and sweetened condensed milk just enough to combine. Toss in those chocolate chips, gently folding them in at the end.

                Cover an 8 x 8 dish with parchment, press the dough in firmly and evenly, then let it set up in your fridge for a while.

                Carefully lift the dough block out using the parchment. Use a heart-shaped cutter to create truffles, lining them up on a separate tray. Freeze them so they stay firm.

                Cover each frozen truffle in melted chocolate, letting any extra drip away gently. Put them on parchment and let them harden in the fridge again.

                Melt the white chocolate, stir in food coloring, pour it into a small piping bag, cut the tip, and drizzle it over your finished truffles.
