Crab Cream Cheese Bites (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can (about 226 grams) of store-bought crescent dough

→ Filling

02 - 170 grams softened cream cheese
03 - 120 grams cooked crab or fake crab
04 - 60 milliliters mayo
05 - 2 green onions, minced
06 - 0.125 teaspoon salt
07 - 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Stick some parchment on your baking tray and crank the oven up to 190°C.
02 - Lay out the crescent dough on a floured spot, stretch it into an even rectangle, squish the seams together, then chop it into 24 squares.
03 - Throw cream cheese, mayo, crab, salt, green onions, and cayenne in a bowl and mix until you get a smooth blend.
04 - Set a little filling in the middle of each dough square, pull opposite corners together, and squeeze to lock it up.
05 - Spread your stuffed crescents on the tray and bake 10 to 15 minutes at 190°C until flaky and golden.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - Swap in light mayo and cream cheese if you want to make this snack a bit lighter. Don’t pack in too much filling or it’ll ooze out.
02 - If your rolling pin gets sticky, dust it with a bit of flour so the dough won’t stick.
