Crab Bites Delight (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Dough

01 - 225 g chilled crescent rolls

→ Filling

02 - 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped super fine
03 - 115 g cream cheese at room temp
04 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 120 g cooked crab meat, any style

→ Garnish

07 - 1 tablespoon parsley, freshly chopped (can skip this)

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - If you like, toss some fresh parsley over the top and enjoy.
02 - Pop the crescent bites onto the tray with the seams down, then slide them into the hot oven. Wait about 10 to 12 minutes till they're golden.
03 - Spoon a heap of the crab mix onto the big end of each triangle, then roll it up to cover the filling.
04 - Open the crescent dough, break them along the lines, and cut each triangle in half the long way so you get more triangles.
05 - Throw crab, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl. Give it all a good mix until it looks even and smooth.
06 - Kick your oven up to 190°C and get your baking sheet ready with parchment so nothing sticks.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - You can put the filled crescents together ahead and keep them in the fridge till you're ready to bake.
02 - For a little kick, toss some Old Bay into the crab mixture.
