Follow the package instructions to make the biscuit mix and put it aside.

Get your oven hot at 375°F (190°C) and coat two muffin tins with nonstick spray.

Mix together the cooked crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayonnaise and crushed crackers in a bowl. Stir well, adding extra mayo if the mix seems too dry.

Sprinkle some flour on your hands. Grab a bit of biscuit dough, flatten it out, and shape it into a little cup.

Drop some crab mix into the middle of your dough cup. Top with a bit more dough and gently pinch to close. Keep going until you've used all the dough.

Pop your filled biscuits into the greased muffin tins. Cook them for 12 to 15 minutes.

Mix the melted butter with lemon juice. Brush this tasty mix over your hot biscuits before serving.
