08 - 1 tbsp mustard
09 - ½ sleeve crushed Ritz crackers
10 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

11 - 1 tsp lemon juice
12 - 2 tbsp butter, melted

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Follow the package instructions to make the biscuit mix and put it aside.
02 - Get your oven hot at 375°F (190°C) and coat two muffin tins with nonstick spray.
03 - Mix together the cooked crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayonnaise and crushed crackers in a bowl. Stir well, adding extra mayo if the mix seems too dry.
04 - Sprinkle some flour on your hands. Grab a bit of biscuit dough, flatten it out, and shape it into a little cup.
05 - Drop some crab mix into the middle of your dough cup. Top with a bit more dough and gently pinch to close. Keep going until you've used all the dough.
06 - Pop your filled biscuits into the greased muffin tins. Cook them for 12 to 15 minutes.
07 - Mix the melted butter with lemon juice. Brush this tasty mix over your hot biscuits before serving.
