# What You'll Need:

→ Shrimp Mix

01 - 225 g softened cream cheese
02 - 120 g shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 450 g peeled, deveined fresh shrimp

→ Tasty Boosters

04 - 4 minced garlic cloves
05 - Optional red pepper flakes
06 - Chopped fresh parsley, 15 g
07 - Salt to taste
08 - Black pepper to taste

→ Bread Base

09 - Loaf crusty Italian bread, 1 whole
10 - Melted butter, 60 ml

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Take off the foil and pop it back in the oven for 5 more minutes till you get a nice golden crust.
02 - Cut the Italian bread in half lengthwise then scoop out the middle to make a boat for the filling.
03 - Pack the shrimp mix into both hollow bread halves, pressing it down gently so it fits well.
04 - Heat oven to 190°C (375°F). Brush outside of bread with melted butter, wrap in foil, and bake for 15 minutes.
05 - Cut shrimp into smaller pieces. Stir together shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
06 - Let it cool a bit, slice into pieces, then enjoy it warm.
