Take off the foil and pop it back in the oven for 5 more minutes till you get a nice golden crust.

Cut the Italian bread in half lengthwise then scoop out the middle to make a boat for the filling.

Pack the shrimp mix into both hollow bread halves, pressing it down gently so it fits well.

Heat oven to 190°C (375°F). Brush outside of bread with melted butter, wrap in foil, and bake for 15 minutes.

Cut shrimp into smaller pieces. Stir together shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.

Let it cool a bit, slice into pieces, then enjoy it warm.
