# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Put all the marinade stuff together in a bowl like Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, chili powder if you use it, salt, and pepper. Stir it up well so everything’s mixed right.
02 - Put your sliced chicken into the marinade. Toss it so every piece gets covered. Then cover it and pop it in the fridge for at least an hour or better yet overnight to soak up the flavor.
03 - Grab another small bowl and mix mayo, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until it’s smooth then keep it chilled until you need it.
04 - Heat up a big pan or grill pan on medium-high. Throw in the marinated chicken pieces and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes. Stir here and there until the chicken’s cooked through and looks browned.
05 - Warm your pita or flatbreads in a dry skillet or microwave them quickly till soft and easy to fold.
06 - Spread the garlic sauce on your warmed pita, add cooked chicken, then pile on the sliced veggies and pickles if you like. Top with fresh parsley or cilantro before digging in.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - Leaving the chicken in marinade overnight really brings out the taste. Spice it up with as much chili powder as you like. Fresh veggies and pickles make it even better with texture and flavor.
