Stir in sifted powdered sugar little by little and mix well after each to keep it smooth. Then add the vanilla and mix again.

If you want, toss in the toffee bits and chocolate chips. Fold them in gently twice to spread them evenly.

Put the dip into your serving bowl. Make soft swirls with a spoon’s back, add some more chips and toffee on top. Let it cool in the fridge for 30 minutes so it firms up. Serve with apple slices, graham crackers, or pretzels.
