Airy Cheeseburger Wrap (Print-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Main Components

01 - 450 g ground beef, 80/20 grinds
02 - Salt, black pepper, garlic powder—just toss in what you want
03 - 4 large flour tortillas, about 25 cm wide

→ Fillings & Condiments

04 - 4 tablespoons mayo
05 - 16 dill pickle chips
06 - 4 tablespoons ketchup
07 - 4 slices of classic American cheese

→ Finishing Touch

08 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Fire up a big pan over medium heat and drop those beef crumbles in. Break it apart with a spatula. Hit it with some garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Swirl everything around now and then until it’s nicely browned (no pink left), usually about 8–10 minutes. Drain off extra fat and give it a minute to cool.
02 - Put the tortillas on a microwave-safe plate, layer a damp paper towel over them. Blast ‘em for 20–25 seconds till they feel nice and bendy.
03 - Lay a hot tortilla down on the counter. Spread a scoop of mayo and ketchup on (leave room at the edge). Lay four pickle slices down, add a cheese square, and pile around 120 g of beef over top.
04 - Fold the sides toward the filling, then roll the whole thing up from the bottom so nothing falls out. Plant it seam-side down as you go through the rest.
05 - Set your air fryer to 193°C. Brush some melted butter over each wrap. Set wraps seam-side down in the basket, keeping a gap between ‘em. Let ‘em get crispy and golden for about 5 minutes.
06 - Soon as the wraps come out, brush one more swipe of butter on top. Let them cool off for a couple minutes so you don’t scorch your hands, then go for it.

# Helpful Notes:

01 - If you let the beef cool for a couple minutes before filling, your tortillas won’t get all soggy.
