Once they're out of the oven, let the chips hang out on the baking sheet for a bit before you dig in.

Slide the baking sheet into your hot oven. Bake them for about 15–20 minutes. You'll know they're done when the edges turn crispy and golden.

Scoop out spoonfuls and drop them onto your lined pan, leaving space in between. Grab the back of a spoon and smush each one flat into a thin round.

Toss the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, onion and garlic powders, salt, and pepper together. Stir until it looks well-blended and pretty even.

Fire up your oven to 200°C. Cover the baking tray with some parchment paper so nothing sticks.
