01 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder

05 - 60 g shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your pick)

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Once they're out of the oven, let the chips hang out on the baking sheet for a bit before you dig in.
02 - Slide the baking sheet into your hot oven. Bake them for about 15–20 minutes. You'll know they're done when the edges turn crispy and golden.
03 - Scoop out spoonfuls and drop them onto your lined pan, leaving space in between. Grab the back of a spoon and smush each one flat into a thin round.
04 - Toss the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, onion and garlic powders, salt, and pepper together. Stir until it looks well-blended and pretty even.
05 - Fire up your oven to 200°C. Cover the baking tray with some parchment paper so nothing sticks.
