Grab the crispy wedges from the air fryer and enjoy right away with your favorite dip or alongside your meal.

Lay the wedges out flat in the air fryer basket. Cook them at 400°F for about 15 minutes. Make sure to shake or flip them halfway to get them nice and golden, soft on the inside.

Heat up the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) and give it 3 to 5 minutes to get ready.

Throw the potato wedges into a big bowl. Add the salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then mix so everything’s coated well. Pour on the olive oil and toss again until all the wedges are shiny and covered.

Wash the potatoes well and dry them off completely. Cut each into wedges and pat them dry with paper towels so they crisp up better.
