01 -
Right after cooking, dig in with some barbecue or ranch dip if that's your thing. Want a little pop of taste? Chuck on some chopped green onion.
02 -
Put the tray in the oven. Bake them for 15 to 20 minutes. Flip the strips over once halfway. Make sure they're done inside and reaching at least 74°C.
03 -
Press each chicken strip into those Doritos bits. Start by dunking in milk, then flour, followed by egg. Place onto a tray as you finish every piece.
04 -
Set out four shallow bowls - Doritos crumbs go in the last one. The others: first milk, then flour, then your beaten eggs.
05 -
Keep the Doritos in the bag and bash them up till they're like chunky panko crumbs.
06 -
Chop your chicken into strip shapes, somewhere around 8 to 10 cm long and about 5 to 7 cm wide. Move these pieces to a big bowl once you're done slicing.
07 -
Crank your oven to 200°C. Grab two trays, line 'em with foil or spread on some oil. Pop a rack on the tray if you've got one handy.
