Get the oven hot to 190°C and spread some grease on a 23x33 cm baking pan.

Pour the raw rice in the pan and then add chicken broth, making sure the rice is all covered.

Place the chicken pieces over the rice. Then sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and paprika all over.

Add dollops of tzatziki on top of the chicken and gently smooth it out so it covers evenly.

Seal the pan with foil tightly and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the chicken’s done and rice feels soft.

If there's too much liquid left, bake uncovered for another 5 to 10 minutes.

Take it out and give it 5 minutes to cool a bit. Sprinkle feta, fresh herbs, and cucumber slices on top.

Serve while warm and soak up those Mediterranean flavors.
