# Ingredients List:

02 - 240 ml long grain white rice

→ Protein

03 - 680 g chicken breasts without bones or skin, chopped small

→ Spices

04 - 2.5 ml paprika
05 - 5 ml dried oregano
06 - 5 ml garlic powder
07 - 5 ml onion powder

→ Dairy and Sauces

08 - 120 ml feta cheese, crumbled
09 - 240 ml tzatziki

→ Garnishes

10 - 120 ml fresh parsley or dill chopped
11 - 1 medium cucumber thinly sliced (if you like)

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Get the oven hot to 190°C and spread some grease on a 23x33 cm baking pan.
02 - Pour the raw rice in the pan and then add chicken broth, making sure the rice is all covered.
03 - Place the chicken pieces over the rice. Then sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and paprika all over.
04 - Add dollops of tzatziki on top of the chicken and gently smooth it out so it covers evenly.
05 - Seal the pan with foil tightly and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the chicken’s done and rice feels soft.
06 - If there's too much liquid left, bake uncovered for another 5 to 10 minutes.
07 - Take it out and give it 5 minutes to cool a bit. Sprinkle feta, fresh herbs, and cucumber slices on top.
08 - Serve while warm and soak up those Mediterranean flavors.

# Helpful Hints:

01 - You can swap chicken breasts with bone-on thighs for a deeper taste. Dried herbs work fine too, use one part dried for three fresh. For a plant-based version, try chickpeas or beans instead.
