# What You'll Need:

01 - Toss in as much fresh black pepper as you like
02 - Pour in 120 ml of creamy Caesar dressing
03 - Drop in 30 g of crunchy croutons
04 - Add 25 g of grated Parmesan cheese, nice and fresh
05 - Slice 100 g of cherry tomatoes in half
06 - Roughly chop up 210 g of Romaine lettuce
07 - Dice up 320 g of cooked chicken breast

→ Wrap

08 - 5 large flour tortillas (grab whole wheat if you want)

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - Once your tortilla is stuffed, roll it up snug from the edge where you piled on the filling. Tuck the ends in tightly. You can stick a toothpick through if it’s trying to open up.
02 - Lay a tortilla flat. Spoon a good amount of the chicken salad mixture along the edge closest to you.
03 - In a big bowl, throw in the diced chicken, chopped lettuce, halved tomatoes, freshly grated Parmesan, your croutons, and the Caesar dressing. Crack in a little pepper, then give it all a gentle toss until mixed.
