01 - 130 g diced pepperoni
02 - 450 g pork sausage
03 - 450 g lean ground beef

05 - 30 g plain flour

06 - 740 ml tomato and basil pasta sauce

07 - 15 g parmesan grated
08 - 200 g shredded mozzarella

09 - 392 g pizza dough from fridge

10 - 15 ml olive oil

# Detailed Cooking Steps:

01 - Spray a 23x33 cm pan with cooking spray. Set oven to 218°C.
02 - Cook sausage and beef in a big skillet on medium-high until browned. Drain fat out and put meat back in.
03 - Stir in flour, chopped pepperoni, and 3 tsp Italian seasoning. Pour in the tomato basil sauce and let it boil on medium-high. Take it off the heat.
04 - Spread meat mix in the pan. Cover with 150 g shredded mozzarella cheese.
05 - Roll out the pizza dough and lay it over cheese. Brush dough with olive oil. Sprinkle the leftover 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 50 g mozzarella, and parmesan on top.
06 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the crust turns golden.
