Spray a 23x33 cm pan with cooking spray. Set oven to 218°C.

Cook sausage and beef in a big skillet on medium-high until browned. Drain fat out and put meat back in.

Stir in flour, chopped pepperoni, and 3 tsp Italian seasoning. Pour in the tomato basil sauce and let it boil on medium-high. Take it off the heat.

Spread meat mix in the pan. Cover with 150 g shredded mozzarella cheese.

Roll out the pizza dough and lay it over cheese. Brush dough with olive oil. Sprinkle the leftover 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 50 g mozzarella, and parmesan on top.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the crust turns golden.
